JENNA GAUGHAN
BRANCH MANAGER/ OWNER
Jenna Gaughan is the founder and owner of the Longmont's Elite. Jenna started selling knives with CUTCO back in 2014 while attending classes at FSCJ. Jenna admits that when she first started selling Cutco knives, the thought of selling knives was a bit out of her comfort zone. However, the more educated she became on the process, the more she realized the opportunity she had. Jenna personally sold over $100,000 worth of product her first 12 months on the job and quickly opened the Sarasota, Fl District Office in 2015. The Sarasota office placed #1 in its Divisional competitive category for sales that year. Jenna was then promoted to Sales Manager for the Orlando, FL office in 2017. Under her leadership, the office placed #1 in the entire company. Now she has moved out to Colorado to open and lead the Longmont's Elite to a national victory.
KIRSTEN ROSENBAUM
Branch Operations Manager
Kirsten started with vector, in the Tallahassee, FL office, back in 2014 right after graduating from Lincoln high school. She personally sold $10,000 worth of cutco her first summer working with the company. In total, she has personally sold $40,000. She was then promoted to an assistant manager where she, and her fellow managers lead the Tallahassee office to a National award, the Silver Cup, in 2015. She branched in Panama City, FL in 2016. Some of her favorite moments with the company thus far is having the opportunity to travel places all around Florida, St. Louis MO, Olean NY, Canada, and Jamaica. Her favorite trip was to Jamaica where she won a 3 day, all inclusive vacation. She looks forward to heping lead the Longmont team to a Silver Cup the summer of 2019.
MICHELLE EBRADA
Recruiting Manager
Michelle started with the vector back in 2013 while attending school at Stetson University in DeLand Florida. Her main goal was to gain more professional experience for her resume. Michelle sold over $10,000 worth of CUTCO within her first 10 days doing appointments. The following week was the first Summer Conference competition and she finished #1 out of over 600+ other sales representatives by selling over $12,000 worth of CUTCO. Michelle finished in the top 20 sales representatives for the second Summer Conference competition by selling over $11,000 worth of CUTCO. After achieving the top promotional level of “Field Sales Manager” for a sales representative within two months, She saved enough money to purchase a used car. Her favorite moments in the company was selling enough to qualify for trip prizes including traveling to resorts in Punta Cana, Dominican republic and in Montego Bay, Jamaica. After her first summer working for the company, she trained during the school year to open her own Branch office in Daytona Beach, Florida. She has learned numerous valuable transitional skills that she still applies in her daily life today. By enhancing her communication skills, negotiation skills, and time management skills, Michelle sold over $62,000 worth of CUTCO before continuing on to attend Suffolk Law school in Boston Massachusetts.
JOSEPH STRATTON
Assistant Manager
Joe started at Vector in 2015 while going to SCF for a major in business. In his first year as a sales representative Joe sold over $15,000 worth of CUTCO. During that time Joe was promoted to Assistant manager at the Sarasota, FL District office. Joe then left Vector to focus on school and helping start an autobody business with his Father during 2016 to 2018. In 2018 Joe got a call from Jenna that she was opening a new office in Longmont, Colorado and he jumped at the opportunity to help lead and push the Longmont Elite to a Silver cup office.
AMANDA NASSAR
RECRUITING ASSISTANT
Amanda started with Vector back in 2016 while attending school at UCF in Orlando. As a business and marketing major, Amanda took the job to build her resume and skill sets for future positions. She excelled as a sales representative, selling over $12,000 worth of product around class as a full-time student. Amanda is always looking for ways to better herself and the people around her, which is why it was an easy decision to promote her to the role of Recruiting Assistant (RA). As Longmont's RA, Amanda helps the Branch Manager build the team.
